Cheesy Hamburger Casserole

Here’s a family favorite that’s quick to make and the kids love it.
This recipe is great to make one or two days ahead . Store in a covered glass dish to go directly from fridge to oven. With a cold glass dish, I like to add early so it warms up with my oven.
Pairs very well with broccoli or green beans!
Ingredients
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees or use a glass dish with a cover for an easy make ahead dish.
Heat a cast iron pan or regular skillet, brown ground beef with onion, garlic, salt, and pepper.
When cooked, drain the fat from the pan and put into a medium bowl.
Add chopped pickles.
Mix and pour into the bottom of a 9x13 glass dish.
Using the empty bowl, combine eggs with the mayo and cream. Stir well.
Pour this mixture over the beef then sprinkle the sharp cheddar on top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes depending on your oven. When cooked, top should start to brown and egg is set.
